Mountain Mover Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup Mountain Mover Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub pork chops with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill 6–8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Brush generously with Mountain Mover Sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Notes

Serve with grilled vegetables or mashed potatoes.
